Accommodation
Stockholm offers a wide range of accommodation, but prices can be high. We recommend booking early to find a better rate, especially in June. We have arranged special rates at some of the hotels listed below. Participants are responsible for booking and paying for their own accommodation.
The conference registration fee includes lunch and coffee breaks, but not breakfast. Please check whether breakfast is included in your accommodation rate.
Clarion Hotel Amaranten
Clarion Hotel Amaranten is a modern hotel on Kungsholmen, within easy reach of Stockholm Central Station. Its rooms and shared spaces feature design inspired by the 1960s. The conference venue, Piperska Muren, is approximately a five-minute walk away. A standard room with breakfast typically costs SEK 1,500–2,000 per night . Conference participants can receive a 15% discount by using the conference booking code, subject to room availability.
Ruby Frida Hotel Stockholm by IHG
Ruby Frida Hotel Stockholm by IHG is a design-focused hotel on Kungsholmen, near Fridhemsplan metro station. Inspired by Stockholm’s music scene of the 1960s, it offers modern rooms and a café and bar. The conference venue, Piperska Muren, is within walking distance. Room rates start from around SEK 1,100 per night, excluding breakfast , but prices vary by date and availability. Please check the rate for your conference dates before booking.
Hotel Kung Carl
Hotel Kung Carl is a four-star hotel in central Stockholm’s Östermalm district. Its individually decorated rooms range from modern designs to classic Gustavian style. The conference venue, Piperska Muren, is approximately a 30-minute walk away. You can also take bus 1 from Stureplan to Scheelegatan (five stops, about nine minutes on the bus), or take the metro from Östermalmstorg to Rådhuset, changing at T-Centralen. A standard single room, including breakfast, costs SEK 2,035 per night for stays from 20 to 23 June 2027 when booked through the dedicated booking link. Up to 40 rooms are available at this rate.

Scandic Go, Sankt Eriksgatan 20 is a simpler hotel option on Kungsholmen, near Fridhemsplan metro station. It offers a convenient base for conference participants who prefer to keep accommodation costs down. Piperska Muren is within walking distance.
Nomad City Hostel
Nomad City Hostel is a budget accommodation option on Kungsholmen, close to both Stockholm Central Station and the conference venue, Piperska Muren. It offers beds in shared rooms as well as some private room options.
City Backpackers Hostel
